Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 31/08/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that his land has been acquired by respondent No. 2 for construction of cement concrete road in lieu of which no compensation has been given to the petitioner against which

petitioner has made several representations to the respondent authorities but it has not been considered or decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to decide the same expeditiously. 2.

On the other hand, Mr. Agrawal would submit that petitioner's representation will be considered expeditiously. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

Be that as it may, the Municipal Corporation, Raipur is directed to consider and decide petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner would be at liberty to make additional representation to the concerned authorities.
