1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 28.03.2019 whereby notice has been issued to the petitioner to produce certain documents to establish that she is eligible for regular appointment in the respondent school.

2. This Court, at this juncture, is not inclined to entertain the writ petition for the reason that no final order as has been passed against the petitioner. Moreover the petitioner has been called upon to submit her credential to establish that she is eligible for regular appointment.

3. If at all if the petitioner wants more time to produce certificate to establish the finding itself, she should approach before the

respondent authority seeking time for the same. It can not be extended by the High Court in exercise of its power under Article 226 of the constitution of India.

4. The writ petition stands dismissed at this juncture, reserving the right of the petitioner to approach before the respondent seeking further time if she requires for producing the relevant records / documents at the earliest.
