Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 31/08/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that his land has been acquired by the respondent authorities in lieu of which neither compensation has been given nor any alternative land has been alloted to her. The petitioner has also made several representations to the respondent authorities but it has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to decide the same expeditiously. 2.

I have heard counsel for the petitioner.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3-Collector, Dantewada is directed to consider and decide petitioner's representation expeditiously and

strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
