Learned counsel for respondent No.2 Surjeet Kumar Jain whose bail is sought to be cancelled submits that the entire witnesses have been examined and only IO remains to be examined.

The State counsel despite the opportunity granted again failed to submit what is the correct position of the trial. 3.

Perused the earlier bail order dated 13/03/2014. In view of the submission made that except the I.O., statement of all the witnesses have been recorded, there is no chance of tampering of the witness remains which may influence the trial. In view of this, I do not find any reason or any facts exist on record to cancel the bail granted to respondent No.2 in M.Cr.C.(A) No.191/2014.

Accordingly, Cr.M.P. is dismissed.
