1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in this petition is that certain allowances that were payable to the the petitioner has not been paid to him inspite of petitioner having discharged the duties on account of which he is entitled for those allowances.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been repeately approaching the authorities and also finally vide Annexure P/8 dated 03.05.2018 has submitted a detailed representation in this regard to the respondent No.4, but till date no decision has been taken by the authorities.
3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has raised, this court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the respondents No.3&4 are
-2directed to immediately process the representation of the petitioner which he has made so far as his unpaid allowances are concerned and an appropriate decision is taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. The authorities concerned are expected to pass a speaking order while deciding the representation.
