Versus

1. State Of Chhattisgarh Through Its Secretary, Department Of Health Services, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, P.S. Mandir Hasaud, Naya Raipur, (Chhattisgarh) 2.

Collector, P.S.- Distt. Kabirdham, (Chhattisgarh) 3.

Chief Medical And Health Officer, District Kabirdham, (Chhattisgarh) - Respondents For Petitioner !

For Resppndent Shri Satyam ShivamSundram, Advocate Shri Mazid Ali, PL Hon^)JeShri Justice P. Sam Koshv Order On Board 01/05/2015 1.

The petitioner through the instant writ petition has challenged the action on the part of the respondents ininot providing OMR Sheets to the petitioner in respect of the examination for the post of Multipurpose Health Worker in which the petitioner was also a Candidate.

2.

The grievances of the petitibner is that such OMR Sheets have not been provided fo any candidates and therefore, the representation dated 13.04.2015 was made by the petitioner to the authorities and simultaneously has filed the present writ petition. Considering the fact thatthe present writ petition was filed barely a week after the representation was made to the respondents in the opinion of this Court, the petition at this stage is too premature as the respondents have not been granted reasonable time to apply their mind on the representation filed by the petitioner and take decision. 3.

Accordingly, we hold that the present writ petition to be too premature at this stage and dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to decide the representation Annexure P/3 dated 13.04.2015 filed by the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 8 weeks from today.
