Mrs. M. Asha, PL Order on Board by Hon'ble Smt.Vimla Singh Kapoor, J 08.01.2019 This revision is against the order dated 01.05.2012 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Gariyaband framing charge against the petitioner under Sections 420, 395 read with 120-B (1) IPC. 2.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that as the Sessions Trial No. 53/2011 itself has been concluded by the Court below resulting in acquittal of the petitioner, this revision becomes infructuous and therefore it may be dismissed as such. 3.

Thus in view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the petitioner this revision petition is dismissed having become infructuous.
