The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.81/2020 registered in Police Station Balrampur District Balrampur Ramanujganj C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(b), 506, 376(2)(a)(b) of the I.P.C. and Section 4, 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
