Hon'ble Justice Shri Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 30/09/2021 1) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as he is in custody since 11/06/2021 in connection with Crime No. 15/2021 registered at Police Station Ramkola, District Surajpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 376(2)N of the Indian Penal Code. 2) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises and also prays for direction to Trial Court to expedite the trial. 3) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer. 4) Permission granted.
