By filing the instant MCC, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the instant MCC is against the order dated 05.07.2016 passed in MCC No.317/2016 (Durg-Rajnandgaon Gramin Bank Versus Shri V.S. Singh) whereby and whereunder, this Court dismissed the appeal for want of prosecution as no one represented the applicant when the case was called up for hearing.
