The applicant has filed present MCC for correction of para 6 of order dated 09.07.2021 passed in F.A.No.78/2007 indicating that his name for respondent No.1-Sushil Kumar Dewangan in F.A.No.78/2007 and applicant herein has not been mentioned. According to him, the applicant herein has engaged him and his associates advocates Mr. R.R. Dwivedi and Ms. Rani Pathak as his counsel to prosecute the case on his behalf and handed over vakalatnama which came to be filed on 15.06.2010.

Mr. Uttam Pandey, learned counsel submits that earlier he regularly appeared before this Court as and when the case was listed for hearing but his name could not be mentioned in the final order for respondent No.1 in F.A.No.78/2007. 4.
This Court has gone through the earlier order sheets as also order dated 09.07.2021 passed in F.A. No.78/2007. Considering the fact that the present MCC is supported by afÏdavit of applicant herein, the MCC is allowed and para 6 of the order dated 09.07.2021 passed in F.A. No.78/2007 is modified and be read as under :- "6.
On previous dates, Mr. Uttam Pandey, counsel appeared for respondent No.1."

Accordingly, the present MCC is allowed to the extent indicated herein above.
