1. The limited grievance that the petitioner raises is the non receiving of the salary from March, 2021.

2. According to the petitioner, till March, 2021 the petitioner has been discharging her duties and thereafter because of a family member getting inflicted with Corona Virus, the petitioner had to go in for quarantine.

-2Thereafter, the respondents till date have not released the salary to the petitioner even for the month of March, 2021 payable in April, 2021 and onwards.

3. The petitioner submits that meanwhile the petitioner has been transferred from Government Higher Secondary School, Tarbahar, Bilaspur to Government Higher Secondary School, Darrighat. Counsel for the petitioner submits that against the said order of transfer, petitioner had preferred a writ petition WPS 2250/2021 and this Court had disposed of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to represent to the department and department to take decision on the same within a period of 60 days. According to the petitioner, till date the representation has not been decided. It is further submitted by the petitioner on a query put forth by the Court that petitioner till date has also not given her joining at Government Higher Secondary School, Darrighat.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as of now the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no.4 to ensure that the salary for the month of March, 2021 till the petitioner was transferred be paid to the petitioner subject to verification of the facts within a period of 60 days. We make it clear that salary would be payable only for the service rendered by the petitioner and also as per Rules. For any subsequent grievance that petitioner has, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the respondent authorities on the administrative side for ventilating her grievance.
