Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 31/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that compensation as awarded to the petitioner for the loss of life of her husband by respondent No.5 on 29.05.2017, but is not being released by the respondent authorities and therefore direction may be issued to the concerned authority to decide the same expeditiously. (2) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. (3) Be that as it may, Deputy Director, Industrial Health and Safety Officer, Bilaspur is directed to see and comply with the order dated 29.05.2017, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
