Agrawal Order On Board 1 2/0 9 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred from Katghora to Charama whereas one Ravindra Singh Chandravanshi has already joined at Charama and, as such, there is no such vacant post at Charama. (2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file representation before the State Government for redressal of his grievances and it turn the State Government shall decide the same expeditiously preferably

within a period of one month for the date of receipt of presentation of the representation.

(3) For the period of one month, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
