1. Local adjustment made within the township of Dhamtari is under challenge. The petitioner is working as Assistant Grade-III in the Public Works Department. It appears that in the city of Dhamtari, there are more than one office of PWD and the petitioner, in exigency of service, is being posted in different offices.

2. It is not a case where the petitioner has been transferred from Dhamtari to other station frequently. Therefore, local adjustment fall outside the purview of justiciability in the writ Court.

3. The petition is therefore dismissed.
