Agrawal Order On Board 12/09/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the compensation amount as awarded to the petitioner in lieu of his land has been deposited in the bank account of the petitioner but that has been withheld pursuant to the direction of respondent No. 2- S.D.O. without giving any prior notice or reason to the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondent No. 2- S.D.O. (Civil) and Land Acquisition Officer, Raigarh, who in turn shall consider and take a decision on petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
