1. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant anticipatory bail application. However, he seeks liberty to move an appropriate application/petition before appropriate forum.

2. Prayer is allowed.

3. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

4. Certified copies of the documents submitted by the Counsel for the applicant be returned back after obtaining the photocopies of the same.
