1. Perused the PUD received from Jail Superintendent, Central Jail Raipur, wherein it has been reported that Appellant has been released from jail on 22.05.2019 after completion of the entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the trial Court.

2. Since, Appellant has already been released after completion of his entire jail sentence, learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant appeal.
