Agrawal Order On Board 12/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to prefer revision before the Court of Sessions under Section 47 of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to prefer revision before the Court of Sessions under Section 47 of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915 along with application for condonation of delay.

(4) The certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the counsel for the petitioner after furnishing an attested photocopy

thereof.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
