Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 18/09/17 The petitioner in person would submit that the petitioner's Civil Suit No. 30-A/2014 is pending before the trial Court since 07.05.2014 and till date there is no progress. Therefore, directions may be issued to expedite the same.

allowed.

Be that as it may, the trial Court is directed to consider the petitioner's suit and expedite the trial and conclude it within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
