Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 21/07/2016 The transfer order is challenged on the ground that in the year 2010, the petitioner has undergone by-pass surgery. It is submitted that the petitioner requires medical attention.

The ground on which the petitioner has sought interference by this Court is not permissible. It is not a case where the petitioner is shown to be in any medically critical condition as of now. It is for the petitioner to prefer representation to the State which may consider petitioner's grievance in its own perspective. If the petitioner submits representation within 10 days from today, the same shall be considered within a period of four weeks.
