---- Petitioner

Versus

Dr. Devendra Kumar Turrey S/o Shri Ramnarayan Turrey, Aged About 57 Years Chief Medical And Health Officer, Dhamtari, District Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh R/o Danitola Ward, Dhamtari, Post & Police Station Dhamtari, Civil & Revenue District Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh. 493773. ------Respondent For Petitioner:

Shri Harshal Chouhan, Advocate.

Respondent:

None.

Single Bench:Hon'ble Shri Sanjay Agrawal, J Order On Board 13.11.2017 1.

This is the Contempt Petition filed on account of non-compliance of the order dated 25.2.2016 as passed by this Court in W.P(L) No.2850/2009.

2.

The undisputed facts of the case are that the said Writ Petition was filed against the order dated 22.08.2008 passed by the Labour Court, Raipur in which the present Petitioner was directed to be reinstated. While considering the said Writ Petition, the Court was not inclined to entertain the same with regard to the facts involved in the matter and in view of the observations as made in (2014) 11 SCC 85 (Bhuvnesh Kumar Dwivedi vs. Hindalco Industries Limited) and ultimately the Petition was dismissed.

3.

From perusal of the said order, it is clear that no direction was issued to any of the parties and in fact the said Petition was dismissed. 4.

In view of the fact that no direction was issued, question does not arise for any non-compliance of the said order. Accordingly, the instant Petition, being devoid of any merits is hereby dismissed at the admission stage itself. No order as to costs.
