This petition has been filed by the petitioner raising grievance that respondent-State has not taken any decision on petitioner's claim despite a categoric direction given by this Court on 22/04/2015 in WPS No. 6558 of
2014. It is the case of the petitioner that though, this Court directed for consideration of petitioner's claim within three months, till date no decision has been taken and in the meantime, in view of the direction issued by this Court in the petition filed by retired teacher claiming gratuity, coercive step has been initiated. If direction issued by this Court for decision of the petitioner's claim has not been complied with, the remedy of the petitioner lies in taking appropriate proceedings on such allegation of disobedience. 2.
