Agrawal Order On Board 04/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application under Section 151 of CPC to adduce evidence in pursuance of order passed by this Court dated 11.04.2017 in WP(227) No.223/2017 has been rejected by the trial Court by its impugned order dated 01.07.2017 on the ground that she has not paid the cost within stipulated time as directed by this Court in WP(227) No.223/2017 and therefore, in the interest of justice, one opportunity

may be granted to comply the order dated 11.04.2017. (2) After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to allow the petitioner to comply the order of this Court dated 11.04.2017. Accordingly, the impugned order is modified and the petitioner is granted time up to 12.09.2017 to comply the order of this Court dated 11.04.2017.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
