1. This petition has been brought praying for grant of time to make payment of the compensation amount as ordered in the Lok Adalat awarded 09.03.2019.

2. As the petitioner has not made payment of the compensation amount as ordered till date in full, therefore, the execution application has been filed on 28.01.2021, in which the arrest warrant has been issued against the petitioner, therefore, the petitioner is praying for cancellation of the arrest warrant, on condition that he may be granted time of four months to make payment of the remainder amount of the compensation.

-23. This petition is disposed off. The learned Execution Court is directed to consider on such request of the petitioner if made before it and pass order in accordance with law without being influenced by any of the observation made in this order.
