Heard on the instant M.C.C./Application for restoration of writ petition No. 320/2002 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 20.07.2016.

Having perused the application for restoration of writ petition, I am of the opinion that sufficient cause has been explained by the counsel for the applicants for his non-appearance on 20.07.2016. 3.

Accordingly, the instant M.C.C./ application is allowed, order dated 20.07.2016 dismissing the Writ Petition No. 320/2002 for want of prosecution is hereby recalled and the Writ Petition No. 320/2002 is restored to its original number.

No order as to costs.

A copy of this order be kept in the record of Writ petition No. 320/2002.
