1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was suspended by order dated 7-7-2020 (Annexure
P/1). It is contended that the suspension order was passed as the petitioner was absent on 24-6-2020 & 25-6-202 for the reason, certain incident took place in the relation of the petitioner and someone died due to drowning in the river, therefore, the petitioner may be given liberty to make a representation before respondent No.4 who may consider and decide the same, in accordance withn law, after verification of the facts.
2. Learned State counsel submits that the order is appealable.
3. Considering the reason assigned by the petitioner that some mishap accident occurred in the house of the petitioner, therefore, without making any observation on the merits of the case, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation before respondent No.4 within a period of two weeks and on such representation being filed, respondent No.4 shall consider and decide the same, within further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
