The limited prayer that the petitioner makes at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation, which the petitioner has made seeking for including the name of the petitioner also in the list of Auditors for the year 2021-2022.

The limited grievance of the petitioner is not opposed by the respondents.

According to the petitioner, in the past, his name was added in the list of Auditors and the petitioner is all eligible, competent and

working on the post of Sub-Auditor in the Department. However, when the list of Auditors was published, the name of the petitioner was not reflected in the same, whereas the persons, junior to the petitioner have found place in the list and for which the petitioner has now made a representation.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law. Let an appropriate decision be taken on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
