This criminal revision is directed against the order of Family Court granting interim maintenance to the non-applicants total amounting to Rs.6,000/-.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties; taking into account the price index, looking to the age of non-applicants No. 2 & 3 and need of the non-applicants No. 2 & 3 for food, clothing and maintenance, I do not consider to be a case for interfering the amount of interim maintenance granted by the Family Court. However, Family Court is directed to expedite

the hearing of the main application and conclude it expeditiously as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid direction, criminal revision stands finally disposed of.
