1) The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as they were arrested in connection with Crime No. 162/2021 for the offence punishable under Section 304-B, 34 of IPC, registered at Police StationUrga, District- Korba (C.G.).

2) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

4) Permission granted.

5) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
