1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially the award under the Land Acquisition Act was passed under the Land Acquisition Act on 28.05.2012. Thereafter, on a litigation, a subsequent supplementary award was passed on 28.08.2018. Being aggrieved by such order, again this writ petition has been filed. Learned counsel submits that during the pendency of this petition, again a supplementary award

was passed on 13.05.2020, therefore, the respondents may be directed to implement the award forthwith.

2. Learned State Counsel submits that the supplementary award having been passed, no further adjudication would be necessary.

3. A perusal of the record would show that the supplementary award has already been passed on 13.05.2020, therefore, as per the submission of the parties no further adjudication is required. It is expected that supplementary award would be implemented as early as possible in accordance with law.

4. With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed off.
