This Cr.M.P. has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the petitioner before this Court seeking modification in crime number in the order dated 29.04.2019 in MCRC No. 476 of 2019..

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in order dated 29.04.2019 passed in MCRC No. 476 of 2019 the Crime No. has been mentioned as 65/2018 which is on the basis of the Crime No. as mentioned in the order of the Additional Sessions Judge, Ramanujganj dated 16.10.2018, however charge sheet has been filed mentioning the Crime No. as 67/2018. Hence, the Court below is not giving effect to the bail order passed by this Court in MCRC No. 476 of 2019 dated 29.04.2019. In view of the same the correction in the Crime Number may be made. 3.

The State Counsel does not oppose if the modification is sought only in crime number.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

It is directed that in the order dated 29.04.2019 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 476 of 2019 in the para No.4 the Crime No. shall be read as '67/2018'. Other contents of the order shall remain unchanged.
