Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 12/09/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been acquired by the respondent- S.E.C.L and though the compensation has been assessed but it has not been paid to the petitioner till date. The petitioner has also preferred various representations to the respondent S.E.C.L. for the redressal of his grievances, but to no avail and hence, directions may be issued to S.E.C.L. to consider the same. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent- S.E.C.L. is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation and do the needful expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
