Shri Sangharsh Pandey, Dy.G.A. for the State / respondents on advance copy Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/08/2016 The transfer order dated 28/07/2016 is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner is not keeping well and has locomotive problems and therefore, it is difficult for him to proceed on transfer.

The petitioner is being transferred to a place which is only 15 kms away from Raigarh. Whether the nature of illness is of such that the petitioner cannot be posted to a place which is only 15 kms away, is a matter of consideration for the transferring authority and not the Court.

If the representation is filed by the petitioner, the authority shall take decision thereon as early as possible.
