Mr. Harshal Chouhan, Counsel for respondent No.3. The writ petition is of the year 2014 and relief sought for was so far as the merger of the Zila Sahkari Krishi Avam Gramin Vikas Bank into the Central Cooperative Bank i.e. respondent No.3.
On perusal of the pleadings it is found that there is no interim order as such issued in favour of the petitioner.
By efflux of time, the writ petition and relief sought for must have become infructuous. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
