2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.24/2020 registered at Police Station Premnagar, District Surajpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 376(2)(N) of the IPC and Sections 4, 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3. Considering the fact that the applicant has sexually exploited a girl aged about 16 years, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.
