1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.56/2014 {Special ST No.67/2014 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Rajnandgaon}, registered at Police Station Mohla, Distt. Rajnandgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the IPC, 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present application for grant of bail by directing the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
