Hon'ble Shri Justice Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 11/08/2021 1) The matter is heard through Video Conferencing. 2) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as he is in custody since 08/02/2021 in connection with Crime No. 22/2021 registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Bastar (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 376, 493, 370, 109, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises. 4) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
