2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed in the year 1995-96 as a daily wager employee with the respondent department. Though the similarly situated employees have been regularized in the service, however the services of the petitioner has not been regularized till date. He submits that as per the circular of the State dated 05.03.2008, the petitioner is also entitled to be regularized, therefore under the circumstance that the other similarly placed employees have been regularized, the case of the petitioner for regularization may be considered for which the representation has already been filed by
the petitioner on 08.07.2020 (Annexure P/6).

Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner at this stage, the respondent No. 2, to whom the representation has been filed on 08.07.2020 (Annexure P/6), is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner for regularization within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file the copy of the circular dated 05.03.2008 and the other relevant documents in support of his claim for consideration of the regularization.
4. With the aforesaid observation/ direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
