This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on behalf of students of the CMD College who ought to have been permitted to use scientific calculator for the B.C.A. Part - III exam 2018 held on 03.04.2018. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 3, 4 & 5 - College would submit that University has already issued revised guidelines on

27.02.2018 prohibiting the use of scientific calculator in the examination. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records with utmost circumspection.

Since, the examination has already been concluded on 03.04.2018 and the revised guidelines was issued by the University on 27.02.2018 prohibiting the use of scientific calculator in the examination therefore, no permission can be granted to the students for the use of scientific calculator in the examination.

Accordingly, the writ petition as framed and filed deserves to be and is hereby dismissed. No order as to cost(s).
