1. Heard on admission.

2. Petitioner submits that he was a complainant in this case, he and the accused persons had on the basis of compromise filed an application before the Lok Adalat on 08.07.2017, consequent to which trial Court has recorded the compromise in order dated 08.07.2017, and acquitted accused persons. The grievance of the petitioner is this that he was not called by Court personally and inquired about the compromise when the compromise order was passed.

3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the petition and submission made.

4. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused all the

document placed on record.

5. On perusal of the documents it appears that the recording of compromise has been done in accordance with the law and the petitioner has some grievance with regard to compromise between the parties regarding some refund of money, for which he has liberty to file an application or complaint or any legal proceedings before competent authority or Court as he may be advised by his counsel.

6. This petition stands disposed off.
