Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 12/09/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been acquired by the respondents No. 1 and 2, for the purpose of widening of National Highway No. 43 (new National Highway No. 30) in lieu of which no award has been passed and no amount of compensation has been paid to the petitioner till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to consider the same.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 4- Land Acquisition Officer is directed to complete the acquisition proceedings and pass an award expeditiously determining the compensation amount to be paid to the petitioner, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
