Agrawal Order On Board 13/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners' application for regularization of their construction is
pending before Secretary, District Regularization Authority since 26.08.2003 and therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, Secretary, District Regularization Authority is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' application for regularization of their construction, expeditiously preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) For a period of 15 days, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
