1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. This is third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the

applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.456/2020, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Jagdalpur District Jagdalpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 21(b) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant at length, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this third bail application.

Accordingly, third bail application is rejected. However, the concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
