1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that for the present, the petitioners would not press the relief clause 10.3 of the petitions.
2. Accordingly, the petition is considered on merits for the other reliefs claimed in para 10.

At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been considered and decided by this Court on 03.11.2017 in WPS No.4271 of 2017 (Jayant Kumar Patle Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others, and other connected matters}, therefore, these writ petitions may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in Jayant Kumar Patle (supra).
