Mr. S.P. Kale, Dy. Advocate General --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 09/09/2016 Heard.
1.
The impugned transfer order has been challenged on the ground that the petitioner is a heart patient and his son is also not keeping well and the petitioner has to look after him. 2.
On petitioner's own showing, it is clear that the petitioner, eversince from the initial date of appointment, has remained posted at the present place. Change of place from Ambikapur to Raigarh, both are district headquarters, which does not adversely affect accessibility of medical facilities. Therefore, no case is made out and the petition is dismissed.
