Agrawal Order On Board 11/09/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that the petitioners' application for mutation is pending before the Tahsildar, Bilaspur for a long time since 12.01.2011.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State would submit that the petitioners' application will be decided expeditiously within three months. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

Be that as it may, the Tahsildar, Bilaspur is directed to consider and

take a decision on the petitioners' application expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from today.

A copy of the order be sent to the Collector, Bilaspur to make a report as to how many mutation applications are pending for such a long time and to take necessary steps in that regard.
