Agrawal Order On Board 13/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the land of the petitioner, water tank has been constructed by the respondent authorities for which no compensation has been paid. (2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make representation before the Collector, Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara for redressal of his grievance. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Collector and in that event, the Collector shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance

with, expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
