Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application and prays for liberty to file appropriate petition in view of amended provision of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that certified copy of the impugned order may be returned to him.
