Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 12/09/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for renewal of his Hotel Bar license is pending for a long time before the Licensing Authorities /respondents No. 2, 3 and 4.

Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner's application for renewal of license will be considered and decided expeditiously. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties.

Be that as it may, the Licensing Authority is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
